The movie Roll Bounce came on BET last night; I couldn’t
help but turn the volume all the way up.
Roll Bounce is about an African
American teen name Xavier wanting to win the championship tournament of roller
skating for his community, but he also undergoes personal family issue with his
mother being deceased. All the classic music that was played in that movie had
me dancing and pretending like I was on skates. Most of the scenes were hilarious;
even though it’s an old movie I could watch it over and over. Watching the
movie makes me want to go skating even though, I’m only good at roller blading.
